By replying “I AGREE”, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and provide your affirmative, voluntary, opt in consent to Goodnites, a brand of Kimberly Clark Corporation (“Goodnites,” “we,” “us”), to collect, use, and share information you voluntarily provide about your personal experience with bed wetting (enuresis).

PURPOSE OF USE
Your content may be used only for:- Awareness and education
- Community support and storytelling related to bed wetting
Your content will not be used for paid advertising, direct marketing, or promotional campaigns.
INFORMATION THAT MAY BE SHARED
This may include:- Written messages or personal stories
- Photos, videos, or audio recordings you choose to share
- Your first name, social media handle, likeness, or voice, only if you voluntarily provide them
You choose what to share and are not required to disclose any information you are uncomfortable providing.
THIRD PARTIES
Your content and messages will be processed through Instagram/Meta and may also be shared with service providers that help Goodnites manage and publish this content (e.g., social media management and content production vendors), under confidentiality and security obligations.
SENSITIVE / HEALTH DATA NOTICE
Information about bed‑wetting may be considered health‑related and sensitive data under certain U.S. state privacy laws.
By replying “I AGREE”, you explicitly opt in to the collection, use, and public sharing of this information for the limited purposes described above.
PUBLIC VISIBILITY
You understand that content shared on social media:- May be viewed, commented on, shared, or reposted by others
- May be redistributed outside of Goodnites’ control once made public
WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending Goodnites a direct message requesting withdrawal or removal.
Please note:- While we can remove your content from our pages and content, due to the nature of social media, it may not be possible to fully remove the content from all platforms and pages unaffiliated with Goodnites.
DURATION OF CONSENT
This consent is valid for six (6) months from the date you reply “I AGREE”, unless you withdraw it earlier. After this period, any Goodnites‑controlled publication containing your content will be removed.
