Am I doing something wrong if my child wets the bed at night?

Nighttime wetting is generally related to physical development. Your child’s bladder needs to grow, and the signals between the bladder and brain need to develop correctly. So, there’s nothing you’re doing wrong if your child is wetting the bed. Be patient and supportive. They’ll grow out of it in time.

Is it normal for kids to wet the bed after being potty trained?

Potty training and nighttime dryness are totally different, and many kids wet the bed for months or even years after they’ve been potty trained. There’s generally nothing to worry about. As Shauna explains in this video, just be supportive and help your child stay as comfortable as possible.
