My daughter is nearly 15 years old and still wets the bed. At what point do they tend to stop wetting the bed?

While most children stop wetting the bed by the time they are your daughter's age, this may be one of the cases where it may take more time. However, it is very important that she is examined by a doctor right away. She could have an infection that is causing her to wet such as a urinary tract infection or it can be an indicator that she has diabetes. It may also turn out that her diet is contributing to her wetting. There are food and drinks that may trigger wetting such as caffeine, citrus, or dairy. Only by doing a process of elimination can this help determine if it is the case. Do make sure to follow up with the doctor no matter what the cause is for the continuous wetting.
