Week 4 – Just say NO!
No is a word that many of us could use some practice saying. We say yes to everything because we think we should be able to 'do it all.' Remember that you can't be everything to everybody. Saying yes to everything means being overbooked, overstressed and anxious. Don't feel guilty about saying no - and don't feel you need an excuse. Saying no can be an empowering word. Read more tips

Expert Q&A

I am actually a teen that uses GoodNites® Underpants. I learned in school that a cause for bedwetting may be not sleeping deeply enough, and that this is the most likely reason that teens wet. Is this true? I believe that it is very true for me.

Answer

Usually we find just the opposite. Teens who have bedwetting episodes are often sleeping too soundly and missing the body's reflex signal to wake up and go to the bathroom. This usually goes away, but is worth bringing up to your doctor on the next visit.
