KrystalE answers:

Children who wet the bed tend to outgrow the condition as their bladders mature. The first step, if you haven’t done so already, is to talk to your child’s pediatrician about the issue and get his or her advice. Some things you can try are limiting fluids about two hours before bedtime and having your child go to the bathroom frequently before going to be. You may also try limiting caffeine and foods that contain citrus to see if that will reduce the wetting at night. Under the Bedwetting Education tab there are articles on research, causes and treatments, ways to support your child, and suggestions for making everyday life a little easier to manage. http://www.goodnites.com/na/bedwetting-education/
