My son is 4 and wasn't wetting the bed, and now its twice a night, What can I do as a parent to make sure he stops

Your son is still quite young and it is not uncommon for a child that age to wet the bed. Some doctors may not be concerned until the age of six. However, because he started to do this even though he has been dry for a while, this is a concern. You may need to have your son checked out for any medical issues by his pediatrician. That is the only way to know if this is medically related or something he will grow out of later on. In the meantime, limiting fluids and frequent bathroom breaks before bedtime may help him to wet less.
