My 6yd old daughter is wetting the bed on a regular basis. We have talked to her Dr. and she has been taking medicine for it for 2 months. She will be dry for a week then the following week she will wake up wet 3 or 4 times. She gets very upset when this happens. She is not allowed to have anything to drink after dinner and go to the bathroom before she goes to bed. I am not sure what to do at this time. Please help.

If the medication is causing issues for your daughter, please contact her doctor with your concerns. There may need to be some adjustments made to the medication. What you may also want to consider is checking her diet. Have you noticed that certain food or drinks are causing her to wet more often that others such as those with caffeine, citrus, or dairy? Making some adjustments could be the key to keeping her drier at night.
