Meagan Francis answers:

Hi, I'm Meagan Francis from the GoodNites® NiteLite Panel. It sounds like you are sleeping very deeply and not able to wake yourself up when you need to go to the bathroom. I would suggest talking to your parents about seeing the family doctor about this problem - he or she may recommend a sleep study to see why you aren't able to wake yourself up at night! In the meanwhile, limiting fluids close to bedtime and setting an alarm to wake you a few hours after you go to sleep might help. Good luck!
