How do i know if my child has an overactive bladder?

There are a number of possible contributing factors to nighttime bedwetting. You doctor or pediatrician should be able to rule out any medical conditions such as an overactive bladder. Most children who wet the bed have an underdeveloped bladder and/or the hormones that help control urine output at night.
