Do you have your own bedwetting success story?
"We cut out milk after 6:00 and the problem went away at age 11. We read about milk's effect on the bladder on a discussion board. It was an overnight result. He drinks water (not large quantities) with no problem."

"Purchase an enuresis monitor. I thought it was the silliest thing around, how could it ever work! Well after just two weeks he went six weeks without wetting, the alarm phase is over and he has had only one accident. What an amazing piece of technology. My son is 7 and was wetting two and three times per night."

"If you feel overwhelmed, or if you feel like you need to talk to someone about your child's problems, consult your child's doctor and talk about how you can help your child."

"I am 15 years old now and I have just stopped bedwetting three years ago. Most people I know have stopped bedwetting for over 10 years, but not me. When I was little my mother would try anything to stop me from bedwetting. My mom one time even bought this machine that would feel if you wet yourself while sleeping and it would sound off this huge alarm. Let me tell you, it didn't work. When I was 11 I wanted to have a friend of mine at a sleepover. I woke up in the middle of the night with wet covers. I spent the rest of the night washing covers and scrubbing a bed before my friend woke up. Here's my tip: There isn't really a cure for bedwetting. It's all about your body maturing slower than others' have. Don't worry – you won't be 30 and still be wetting the bed. Just remember that you are not alone. There are others like you who have overcome this and you will, too. Just give your body some time."
