Do pelvic exercises help?

"I, myself have never tried this, but I have heard it might help. Children are born with no bladder control and it is something they develop in time such as learning to crawl, walk, etc. If the child still shows signs of a weak bladder, then they might try Kegels (pelvic exercises) to help strengthen the pelvic muscles to try and help the process along. Many parents have found some help in this process as it also allows the child to participate in the process as you work toward this goal of being dry - together."
