Has talking about bedwetting with your child helped you manage the issue?

As my son grows older and still wets, he notices that his 9-year-old friends are dry at night and it frustrates him. Talking to him about his frustrations and worries makes him feel better. I assure him that eventually he will be dry at night and it's OK that he can't control wetting at night until he's older and his bladder matures. These conversations seem to make him feel better."

"Talking about bedwetting with my kids allows them to ask questions and voice their opinions on things that we try. They are comfortable about talking and offering their own solutions, even one or two that I hadn't thought of."

- Trish
