Getting Started

If your child needs a little convincing at first to try GoodNites® Sleep Pants, don't be surprised. While they're a lot like underwear, they're new to your child.

The more you treat GoodNites® Sleep Pants like regular underwear or sleep shorts, the better your child will feel about them. Let your child manage his or her own supply and keep them discreet and private.

Here are a few tips on how to make GoodNites® Sleep Pants part of a normal nightly routine, until your child outgrows bedwetting:

Clear a special place in a private drawer for GoodNites® Sleep Pants, perhaps next to
pajamas or with daytime underwear.

Put a waste can with a liner and lid in their bedroom so they can discreetly throw them out in the morning.

Make a point to call them “sleep pants” or “sleep shorts.” Avoid terms like “diapers” or even “GoodNites® diapers.”

Have your child take GoodNites® Sleep Pants on sleepovers. Let them know they can change in and out of them in the bathroom. Put a plastic bag in their overnight bag so they
can throw them out when they get back home.
