Uncomfortable Nights are a Thing of the Past

I spent my childhood trying to hide the fact that I wet the bed. I would wake up soaked and cold just about every night. My mother bought me those cloth training pants, and I would wear rubber pants over three pairs of the training pants. But I leaked onto my bed often. Hiding them from friends who spent the night was impossible. I was so embarrassed. I was a teenager before I stopped wetting the bed.

I had my first child when I was 18. My son was daytime potty trained by the time he was 2 but wet the bed until he was 10. Thankfully Pull-Ups® Training Pants were available to him, and although he still didn't want anyone to know he wet the bed, it wasn't a main concern anymore, as Pull-Ups® Training Pants are really discrete.

When my son was 6, I had a little girl who was daytime trained by age 2 as well. She is now 7 1/2 and is still wetting the bed every night. She uses GoodNites® Underpants and just like my son, she keeps it a secret as much as she can. But it is just a part of her routine - putting it on at night and into the trash in the morning.

I have tried the other "cheaper" store brand overnight disposable undergarments, but they leak and are not comfortable. They dig into my daughter's sides. I don't make it a big deal for my kids, as it was for me as a kid - I don't wake them up at night and disturb their rest or make them feel ashamed. I know she will eventually grow out of it as I did and my son did. I am thankful that there are Pull-Ups® Training Pants and GoodNites® Underpants to make mine and my children's lives easier.
